Our homegrown elderberry syrup was made with elderberries grown here at our farm in a sustainable and organic fashion. We gathered them by hand in July of 2020; sorted, cleaned and froze them. In November 2020, we thawed them out and cooked them into a magical syrup that not only boosts immunity but tastes delicious too. We also included organic cassia cinnamon and organic ginger to add more flavor and health benefits.

 

Elderberries have a high amount of antioxidants and Vitamin C; they can aid in relieving inflammation and are heavily touted for boosting immune health. One study found that when taken multiple times daily, elderberry syrup helped relieve cold/flu symptoms quicker than when not taking anything. View this study and others for more information.
