Freshly harvested elderberries from trees grown here on our farm. Harvested in July 2021. These berries were grown and harvested by our hands, sorted, cleaned and packaged for you. We have these berries frozen, they are not dried.
 
All trees & plants at our farm are grown organically and sustainably. No sprays or chemicals of any kind.
 
This listing is for a little over 1 lb of fresh elderberries, or 4 cups. This is enough to make 48-64oz of elderberry syrup, using the recipe I’ve included.

DO NOT CONSUME THESE BERRIES RAW. They can cause vomiting and diarrhea. Keep frozen until you make the syrup.
